Are demo golf clubs any worse then the normal in store clubs.?

Question by Peter C: Are demo golf clubs any worse then the normal in store clubs.?
I always see demo golf clubs for sale online and in stores and i was wondering if the demo golf clubs ( the ones with no warranty stamped on the hosel) are in any way inferior to the regular in store golf clubs?
