Question by Backwater Charlie: Do conditions have to be JUST RIGHT to catch a carp with a fly?
I've been thinking of fly fishing for carp (Not with a fly-fishing rod and reel but, maybe a spinning rod/reel.) and does the water have to be not too stained or what? What time of the year can you do it? All the time. What is a good kit, or a bunch of good flies for carp. I would really love to go, when the weather warms up.
