p90x fitness guide free

Question by Chocoholic: Got the p90x CDs but not the guides.... help?
Does anyone know of a site where I can get/download (for free) the fitness guide and Nutrition Guide for P90X? My friend is letting me borrow the CD's, but not the guides. I was hoping there was a place where I could get them online without paying for them.

(PLEASE, don't lecture me on not paying for them and being cheap. Keep those opinions to yourself. Thanks!)
