Is the new JL audio better than kicker or fosgate?

Question by mrpuddles79: Is the new JL audio better than kicker or fosgate?
I was looking for some new speakers and a buddy said that the Jl audio not sure what the number is but its aroungd 700$ or so, sounds much better and hits harder than the kicker or fosgate. Any help would be appreciated.
