My boyfriends sons is a skinny kid and has always been. We just noticed a lot ( almost all the way across his back) very purple stretch marks on his mid to lower back. His son didn't know he had anything on him-it doesn't hurt or itch. I have 2 kids and gained 60 pounds and lost it all quickly and I don't have any marks that look like this. What could cause
