Question by *Army*Wife*: Insulin resistance?
I had a glucose fasting test done in March and my results were 109..so my Endocrinologist says based on that 1 test that i have insulin resistance and that I need to be on a no carb no sugar diet. I didnt have enough time to ask her what exactly the diet would consist of,because she was too busy and had other patients, her words exactly,she said just read the sides of everything you buy...it still doesnt make sense to me.But I was a
