Question by ELman: should i take a rest day today?
im 15, male. I have lifted monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday, and saturday and when i lift i do failure reps with heavy reps most of the time. On friday i did a 20 minute interval training type routine with dumbbells (which was crazy tough). i have also done p90x kenpo on monday and tuesday before school and plyometrics on wednesday morning. and i ran 2 miles on thursday (plus lifting).
