Question by superkman2003: Can I get a visible six pack by October 31?
I'm 17, 5'11'', 160 pounds. I currently do 70 crunches, 60 leg raises and a minute of bicycles ( increasing the reps by 5 every other day). My diet consists of grilled chicken, fruits, vegetables, occasionally fish. I sometimes "splurge" and get french fries or something, but it's maybe a once a week thing and never a large amount.
My friends birthday is coming up and his mom is flying us to San Fransisco for it, down
