What size fly would be appropriate for saltwater fish (red drum and speckled trout specifically)?

Question by Beast@Life: What size fly would be appropriate for saltwater fish (red drum and speckled trout specifically)?
My whole life I've been doing inshore saltwater fishing with spinning tackle. I've always heard of people flyfishing for redfish, speckled trout, stripers, etc. (by the way the river I fish is predominantly speckled trout and redfish). Flyfishing looks fun so I found a good rod and reel for a good price, but I need some flies.
