Question by J W: Can i sue a sweepstakes company if they didnt send me the prize they say i won???
i got a letter saying i won money they sent a check saying deposit it in my account for processing fees. they never asked for money out my pocket. i try to cash the check and the bank said its fraudulent. the company used names such as publishing clearing house,readers digest etc.....
