If anyone has gotten a letter with no return address in the mail claiming that you have won the sum of 0,000 from American Publishers, it is a big SCAM. The company is called Skye Financial Services out of Canada. Included in the letter is a check for 4,995.00, supposedly to pay for the taxes.
