Question by What?: I need to shorten my workouts? Does anyone have any idea?
Ok so here is the deal, I lift weights for about 2 hours a day than I go for a 6 mile run with my 3 day pack carrying about 20lbs of weight in it.
I need to figure out a way to shorten my workouts in the gym specially and still be effective. I will do 6 exercises/8 sets/10 reps per group muscle for instance: Biceps, triceps and forearms. I would like to shorten my workouts because it takes me about 1 hour per group
