My aunt is an asian female who wants to buy out a small business but doesn't have enough money. Are there any special government loans for minorities to start a small business?

Answer by Ha MI do know that President Barack Obama has pumped money into the Small Business Administration. Go reach the SBA about that. I know Congress is currently working on this $ 90 billion small business
