What are the student loan qualifications to get a refund on my taxes?

Question by anndeseray: What are the student loan qualifications to get a refund on my taxes?
I was wondering how I would go about getting a bigger refund or pay less taxes due to my student loans. Is there like a certain amount that I have to have and of course its based off of my taxable income. I just file a standard decuction? I have about 31,000 in loans and was wondering what form I need to file also.
