Question by : Is landlord responsible for putting screen doors on patio sliding doors?
I rent a home in California. When I moved in there was no screens on any windows, which owner ordered and had them put on all but one. Which I will inform him of. I am a Sr. General Manager and I am out of town a lot and never really paid attention to both my patio doors upstairs and downstairs. Being that I'm never home, I never got an opportunity to really enjoy the propery. Now that I am no longer
