Question by phreak: How long should it take to replace a sliding glass door?
I have lived in my apt for a year, and always had maintenance problems. Now I've escalated the sliding door repair (needed since move-in) all the way to the owner. I've been told that it could take more than 3 more months. I have taken the necessary steps to do repair and deduct, which is to repair it myself and deduct it from the rent.
