Question by Cj: what kind of resveratrol gives you the best effects?
I've read online about resveratrol and im thinking about getting it, but does anyone know what KIND of resveratrol works best? I've heard of resveratrol ultra but I want to know what KIND actually works the best.

Also, is it okay to combine resveratrol with other resveratrol products or some other kind of anti-aging stuff for maximun effects?
