I lost all of my tippet for fly fishing and i dont have anymore and i have a 2x so what kind of pnd test line is that? whats a 3x and a 4x

Answer by The WormistTippets are not identified by breaking strength. They are identified by their diameter in thousands of an inch. No matter who the manufacture is a 4X tippet should be .007" or it isn't 4X.
