Can You Get Older Golf Clubs Custom Fit?

Question by Jim J: Can You Get Older Golf Clubs Custom Fit?
I have a set of Taylormade 360 series irons that ive had for a few years and was just wondering if I could take them to a golf store and get them custom fit.

Ive grown taller since I bought them and think I need them like .5 inches longer and some other adjustments since Ive never had them fit.

I know you can with new clubs you buy just wondering if you can with older clubs and about how much it might cost. Thanks
