Opalescence teeth whitening system.
I was givin the little sering things... how do i use them?

Answer by stpeter26brush your teeth before. apply a thin line across the front of your molds only (you don't need to do the back, no one will see the back of your teeth anyway) and put them on. i like to put them in at night before i go to bed and sleep all night with them in but you will want to try them on first for about 1/2
